Lily Rabe

 American actress Lily Rabe. Her many roles in FX's horror series American Horror Story (2011-2021), are what make her a household name. She was awarded a Tony Award nomination for Best Actress for a Play for her performance in The Merchant of Venice. Film credits include What Just Happened (2008). Pawn Sacrifice (2014). Miss Stevens (2016). Golden Exits (2017). Vice (2018). Fractured (1999). The Tender Bar (2021). Rabe appeared on television in The Whispers (2015). The Undoing (2000), The Underground Railroad (2021), The First Lady (2022), and The First Lady (2022). The first time she appeared on screen was 2001 alongside Jill Clayburgh, her mother. She made her professional stage debut, again opposite her mother, at the Gloucester Stage Company in Massachusetts. She was a star in the plays Speaking Well of the dead by Israel Horovitz and The Crazy Girl (Frank Pugliese) both of which were one-act plays which allowed her to earn an Equity Card. The actress returned to the Gloucester Stage Company in July 2003 to perform in Proof by David Auburn. In 2003, she was also in the film Mona Lisa Smile. After she graduated, she moved back home to New York. She appeared in White Jesus, a one-act production by Deirdre Owen that was presented by the Naked Angels Theater Company from September 29 until October 2, 2004.
